- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Do not go here! They have no idea what they are doing and will lie to you repeatedly. Not what you want in your tax people! if I could I would give them 0 stars. They messed up our taxes and we have tried to work with them too fix the problem and emailing them the form we had received several times over several weeks. They kept claiming they never got the email yet they would get all of my other emails. Finally my husband took the paperwork in and they lied to him and told him everything was taken care of. We got another notice in the mail today letting us know that nothing has been taken care of. So I tried to call them about this again and they are still claiming they never got the paperwork. The owner Tomi is extremely rude and would make several passive aggressive comments in her replies back to me. Still completely denying anything be sent! We dropped it off the location and emailed it SEVERAL times! They genuinely have no idea what they are doing! DON'T GO HERE OR YOU WILL BE SCREWED!By Tabitha Hart, December 03, 2016
